East York Veterinary Center is seeking a veterinarian to provide high-standard care for pets. The clinic emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, professional resources, and a supportive environment, while aiming to avoid non-competes, unrealistic production goals, and 12-hour workdays. The position offers a straight salary or salary plus production, with annual pay of $100,000–$180,000 depending on experience and shift schedule. The schedule is full-time, 30–40 hours per week. General practice hours are Monday–Wednesday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Thursday–Friday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.; Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m.; and Sunday, closed. The hospital has more than 15 staff members, including three veterinarians, two managers, nurses, and client-care and animal-care specialists. It is equipped with advanced medical, diagnostic, security, and computer equipment and works with licensed wildlife rehabilitators to provide emergency care to a variety of species.
