About The Position

Animal Clinic of the Ozarks is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care in a growing, two-doctor hospital in Flippin, Arkansas. The practice provides wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry, in-house diagnostics, urgent care, laser therapy, and boarding in a collaborative, welcoming environment. Its modern facility includes digital radiology, an in-house laboratory, laser therapy, and modern surgical equipment. Veterinarians receive mentorship, guidance, and autonomy, with support for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The practice emphasizes teamwork, professional development, patient care, and staff well-being. The role offers flexible scheduling and medical autonomy, along with the opportunity to pursue future ownership. Flippin is located in the Ozarks near Bull Shoals Lake, the White River, and the Buffalo National River.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university.
Active veterinary state license, or eligibility to obtain one upon hire.
DEA license, or ability to obtain one.
USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain it.
