About The Position

Community Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing, high-volume, community-focused small animal practice in Vero Beach, Florida. The clinic offers a supportive team culture, strong technician utilization, and a commitment to accessible, compassionate care. The role is suitable for new graduates seeking mentorship as well as experienced veterinarians seeking a collaborative practice and diverse caseload. The schedule is full-time, four to five days per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with Tuesday hours extending until 6:00 p.m. There are no weekends. The practice is consistently busy throughout the year and provides production opportunities without requiring veterinarians to build their own caseload. Veterinarians work alongside experienced doctors and technicians, with opportunities to develop medical and surgical skills, expand caseloads, and pursue professional interests. The clinic’s wellness-focused wing provides an environment for new graduates to build confidence, while experienced veterinarians can take on a diverse range of cases. The workplace is in downtown Vero Beach, near the beach and local amenities.
