Springwood Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian (DVM) who is looking for more than a standard associate position. The ideal candidate is a confident clinician interested in practicing high-quality medicine and growing into a leadership role. The hospital has been serving the Spring/Klein community for over 35 years and has a loyal client base. The practice offers a mix of scheduled appointments and urgent care cases, with a recently renovated facility equipped with modern diagnostics and surgical capabilities. Experienced technicians support doctor efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of the hospital and grow into a leadership position.
Requirements
- Experienced DVM
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas
- Comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgery independently
- Confident managing appointments and medical cases during solo doctor shifts
- Enjoys a combination of wellness, medicine, surgery, and urgent care cases
- Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships
- Interested in growing into a Lead DVM/medical leadership position
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care
- Willing to work at least one Saturday per month
