About The Position

CityVet South Austin is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role offers a balanced caseload with a variety of cases, from preventative care to advanced surgeries, in a collaborative and well-supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in surgery and dentistry, be confident working with complex cases, and thrive in a high-energy, creative, and collaborative setting. This position is suitable for a full-time or part-time Associate DVM interested in general practice. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostics and surgical tools, including ultrasound, digital dental radiographs, Abaxis analyzers, OptiCell, Imagyst, therapeutic cold laser, cautery, a large surgical suite, and treatment area.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.
• Strong knowledge and experience with surgery and dentistry.
