About The Position
The Chubb Associate Underwriting role is an entry-level position in the insurance industry. Underwriting professionals use advanced tools to assess risks and determine what Chubb can help cover, helping people and businesses manage difficult situations and exposures. Associates join a two-year cohort program designed to accelerate professional development, build networks, support career goals, and contribute to Chubb’s future success. The program includes challenging assignments, team contributions, collaborative learning and group work, technical training, personalized development opportunities, executive engagement, and mentoring from managers and former Chubb Associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; multiple majors will be considered.
- GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience, including summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
- Leadership experience through work, community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
