About The Position

This Associate, Treasury Solutions role for Toronto based Corporate Client Group (CCG) supports the Manager / Senior Manager with a portfolio of Multinational and International Subsidiary Banking / Real Estate clients. The Treasury Solutions teams are accountable for the client non lending banking activities and provide a gateway for all RBC products and services.

Requirements

University/College education or equivalent work experience/certifications.
5+ years of banking and sales experience.
Knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.
Sales and relationship management acumen.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and time demands.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications, such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
Experience with financial analysis, accounting, or banking systems.
Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
Familiarity with RBC's policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

Manage daily transactions, prioritize business strategies, and drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio of Treasury Solutions clients.
Support the Manager/Senior Manager in client interactions, conveying the value proposition of Treasury Solutions and focusing on sales models and value propositions.
Assist in developing client plans, responding to client needs, and implementing sales strategies to ensure an exceptional client experience and drive revenue growth.
Identify and escalate potential client/product risk concerns, supporting operational/transactional risk management and collaborating with CCG partners and Business Risk.
Coordinate, support, and complete treasury and operational reviews for strategic clients, managing multiple projects and priorities.
