About The Position

The Associate, BA Sales supports origination and execution across Banking Americas clients by preparing client and industry analysis, developing proposals and RFP responses, maintaining pipeline and call records, coordinating opportunity actions, and supporting handoff to Product, Onboarding, Execution & Delivery and Client Experience. The role participates in the cross-functional assignment model to build broad product, client and execution capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of relevant experience in transaction banking, treasury services, corporate banking, financial analysis, or sales support.
  • Working knowledge of cash management and trade finance products, financial analysis, pipeline reporting, and presentation development.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and presentation skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • English required.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or another language is a plus.
  • Experience in a global bank or corporate treasury environment; exposure to client analytics, RFPs, cash management, or trade finance; CTP coursework or other relevant professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client research, treasury and working-capital analysis, opportunity briefs, presentation materials, proposals and RFP responses for assigned BA opportunities.
  • Coordinate action plans, pricing inputs, internal approvals, documentation requests and handoffs across Sales, Product, Relationship Management, Credit, Legal, Onboarding and Client Experience.
  • Participate in client meetings as assigned, prepare agendas and materials, and circulate accurate follow-up actions within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain complete and timely pipeline, client activity, revenue and milestone data; reconcile exceptions and escalate gaps before reporting deadlines.
  • Follow applicable policies, procedures, approval standards and information-handling requirements; support timely remediation of assigned control items.
  • Maintain current assignment and capacity information, execute a balanced mix of assignments, escalate workload conflicts early, seek feedback, and contribute reusable materials.
