Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Pega frameworks in the banking domain.
• Hands-on prior experience with Pega's Smart Investigate module.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced and often multi-directional work environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient understanding of software development concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Pega certifications such as CSSA or CLSA.
• Experience in financial services, specifically corporate cash management.
• A good understanding of Cloud and Container concepts.
• Experience with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and roll out new features, with a specific focus on Pega's Smart Investigate module.
• Shape and implement the strategic vision for Payment Investigation.
• Contribute to a world-class engineering culture.
• Integrate business value and client experience within the team.
• Develop full stack applications with due consideration to security, design, validation, and SDLC framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineers to define product requirements and objectives.
• Participate in system design consulting and platform management.
• Develop resilient, scalable, and secure modules using cloud-native services.
