Requirements

6–10 years in high-stakes environments: consulting, investment banking, private equity, military leadership, or entrepreneurial operating roles.
Proven track record of delivering outcomes under pressure and ambiguity.
Strong financial fluency (modeling, forecasting, P&L).
Project management mastery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B exposure is a plus.
Loyal — the Chairman’s priorities become your priorities.
Discreet — trusted with sensitive matters; nothing leaks.

Responsibilities

Turn the Chairman’s vision into reality through hands-on execution and structured project ownership.
Lead critical initiatives end-to-end — M&A, turnarounds, strategic planning, confidential projects.
Step into operational gaps, triage issues, stabilize performance, and drive accountability.
Ensure projects move with speed, clarity, and surgical follow-through.
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and performance assessments.
Build investment theses, support capital allocation, and vet M&A/JV opportunities.
Represent the Chairman in early-stage partner or acquisition conversations.
Anticipate needs before they’re spoken.
Draft communications, talking points, and presentations in the Chairman’s tone.
Maintain real-time visibility into all major initiatives, risks, and stakeholder dynamics.
Ensure the Chairman is always informed, equipped, and never blindsided.
Navigate seamlessly from factory floors to boardrooms.
Engage family members, executives, investors, and advisors with discretion and emotional intelligence.
Build quiet influence behind the scenes — steering outcomes without needing credit.
