About The Position

Rising Arete is hiring newly graduated associate therapists working toward independent licensure for a supportive private-practice environment. The role is intended to help clinicians develop their clinical identity, build professional confidence and independence, and grow their skills while working toward independent licensure. Associates can develop areas of clinical interest and build a caseload gradually and sustainably, with support tailored to their interests, availability, and professional goals. The practice offers opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, receive support through the transition into clinical practice, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. Rising Arete describes its culture as collaborative and supportive, and offers a professional office, dedicated workspace and computer, and resources and infrastructure to help clinicians succeed. Requirements
