About The Position

Rising Arete is hiring newly graduated associate therapists who are working toward independent licensure. The role is based in a supportive private-practice environment focused on helping clinicians develop their clinical identity, grow professionally, and build a meaningful, sustainable career. Associates receive support as they transition into clinical practice, gradually develop a caseload aligned with their interests and availability, and grow their skills and confidence while working toward independent licensure. The position offers W-2 employee status, significant autonomy in creating a flexible schedule, professional office space, and a dedicated computer and workspace. Clinicians join a collaborative team and have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, develop areas of clinical interest, and build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
