About The Position

Associate Therapists at SOL Mental Health are integral to providing high-quality, mission-driven clinical care within a supportive, clinician-centered environment. This role involves engaging in weekly group meetings for peer collaboration and continuous learning, and efficiently completing clinical documentation, with the option to use an AI-supported tool. SOL Mental Health aims to redefine mental health care by fostering a collaborative culture and providing robust operational support, allowing therapists to focus on patient care and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Limited permit in the state of CO
  • Must have the following credentials: MHC-LP, LMSW, MSW, LPCC
  • Experience providing treatment to adult, young adult, and or adolescent populations.
  • Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, and more.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying interventions with patients in crisis.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Complete clinical documentation efficiently and accurately, with the option to use an AI-supported note-taking tool to assist with compiling notes
