About The Position
Associate Therapists at SOL Mental Health are integral to providing high-quality, mission-driven clinical care within a supportive, clinician-centered environment. This role involves engaging in weekly group meetings for peer collaboration and continuous learning, and efficiently completing clinical documentation, with the option to use an AI-supported tool. Requirements
- Limited permit in the state of CO
- Must have the following credentials: MHC-LP, LMSW, MSW, LPCC
- Experience providing treatment to adult, young adult, and or adolescent populations.
- Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, and more.
- Familiarity with evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying interventions with patients in crisis.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities
