About The Position
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Associate Test Engineer to work independently with limited support from engineering and management. The successful candidate will focus on building, testing, and troubleshooting cameras and printed circuit assemblies while supporting new product introductions and manufacturing documentation.
Requirements
- Technical school background with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
- Ability to work independently with limited support from engineering and management.
- Broad technical understanding of printed circuit boards.
- Good technical skills with a proven engineering problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
- Flexibility to work overtime, day or night shifts, and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and test cameras and printed circuit assemblies in the production area.
- Update manufacturing documentation as required to ensure a repeatable process.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully transition new products into manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot printed circuit boards down to the component level.
