Associate Territory Manager - Southeast

FloodGate Medical•Tampa, FL

About The Position

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM), Endourology, is a developmental commercial role supporting a Territory Manager in growing revenue across laser systems, single-use fibers, and related urology products. The position develops the clinical, commercial, and territory-management competencies needed for potential promotion to Territory Manager. High performers have a structured, supported pathway to territorial ownership, with promotion based on performance, clinical competency, and business results rather than tenure. The ATM supports sales and account development, builds clinical fluency in Dornier’s endourology products and procedures, develops relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and completes required training and compliance activities. The regional territory covers Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. The ideal candidate is located in Tennessee, preferably west of Knoxville; Birmingham, Alabama, is also acceptable. Travel within the territory, including overnight travel as needed, is approximately 50–60% of the time.
