Uniting digitalization roadmaps, experience design, process optimization, application delivery, systems management, and technology modernization across some 170 products and services, the department links business ambition with operational excellence—from intuitive employee experiences and precision payroll to data-driven decision making, intelligent automation, and AI enablement. The Corporate Digital Acceleration unit accelerates digital transformation for corporate business functions through design thinking, digital innovation, rapid prototyping, reimagining processes, and AI enablement, e.g. AI-first work digitalization strategies. Role Purpose: The Associate Technology Innovation Officer is responsible for the execution of the organization’s digital strategy and coordinates digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives. With limited supervision, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement emerging technologies, redesign processes, develop best practices, and identify opportunities for digitization. The incumbent researches and evaluates emerging technologies, industry developments, and market trends to identify digital business opportunities. • Performs professional-level research and analysis in the field of specialization. • Proposes solutions to moderately complex problems in the field of specialization. • Engages internal and external stakeholders to identify practical solutions and recommendations. • Provides knowledge-based guidance to more junior staff within the job area. • Maps process flows and identifies opportunities for digitalization and operational improvements. • Applies professional knowledge to complete complex assignments.
