Uniting digitalization roadmaps, experience design, process optimization, application delivery, systems management, and technology modernization across some 170 products and services, the department links business ambition with operational excellence—from intuitive employee experiences and precision payroll to data-driven decision making, intelligent automation, and AI enablement. The Corporate Digital Acceleration unit accelerates digital transformation for corporate business functions through design thinking, digital innovation, rapid prototyping, reimagining processes, and AI enablement, e.g. AI-first work digitalization strategies. Role Purpose: The Associate Technology Innovation Officer is responsible for the execution of the organization’s digital strategy and coordinates digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives. With limited supervision, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement emerging technologies, redesign processes, develop best practices, and identify opportunities for digitization. The incumbent researches and evaluates emerging technologies, industry developments, and market trends to identify digital business opportunities. • Performs professional-level research and analysis in the field of specialization. • Proposes solutions to moderately complex problems in the field of specialization. • Engages internal and external stakeholders to identify practical solutions and recommendations. • Provides knowledge-based guidance to more junior staff within the job area. • Maps process flows and identifies opportunities for digitalization and operational improvements. • Applies professional knowledge to complete complex assignments.

Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
AI-First Process Thinking: Understands and applies an AI-first mindset when reviewing how work gets done. Identifies opportunities to redesign business processes using intelligent automation tools—including RPA, AI agents, and contextual data—to improve productivity, quality, and scalability across corporate functions.
Process Mapping and Waste Identification: Documents and maps current- and future-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual effort. Uses process analysis techniques to evaluate improvement opportunities and prioritize automation initiatives based on business value.
Intelligent Automation Design and Implementation: Supports the design and deployment of automation solutions at scale by selecting appropriate tools and technologies for each use case. Contributes to implementing RPA, AI agents, and data-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate process execution.
AI Tools Adoption and Change Enablement: Supports the rollout and adoption of AI tools across business functions by assisting users through transitions to new ways of working. Helps teams understand the practical application of automation technologies and contributes to building an AI-enabled operating model.
Strategic Capacity and Productivity Improvement: Identifies and eliminates low-value manual tasks to free capacity for higher-impact work. Applies structured thinking to measure efficiency gains, improve decision-making speed, and contribute to scalable operational excellence.
Agile Product Management and Value Delivery: Applies Agile principles and practices to manage the product lifecycle—from concept and innovation through delivery and continuous improvement—while maximizing business value through iterative, outcome-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

AI-First Redesign
Leads the shift toward AI-first corporate operations by helping reimagine legacy business processes, user experiences, and application architectures so that AI capabilities are integrated at the core rather than layered onto legacy systems.
Strategic Innovation and Performance Improvement
Contributes to the execution of digital and technology-enabled innovation strategies to improve organizational performance and competitiveness
Evaluates potential innovation initiatives for feasibility, impact, and resource requirements
Identifies risks associated with innovation initiatives to support successful implementation
Market Research and Trend Analysis
Analyzes market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement
