We are building a dedicated West Coast team and are only considering candidates that live in Washington State, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, or Colorado. This role is for recent Master’s degree graduates with relevant hands-on experience gained through co-ops, internships, graduate projects, or early-career professional work. The Associate Technical Solutions Analyst will support the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex client technical issues, using critical thinking, sound judgment, and collaboration with more senior team members. This role serves as a customer-facing technical resource during pre- and post-implementation activities, developing strong product and technology knowledge to provide effective ongoing support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues across data-driven applications, relational databases, XML sources, APIs, web services, and enterprise technology environments, with guidance and training provided as needed. The analyst will build working relationships with internal teams and external customers while strengthening technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Contributions to shared support systems, documentation, and knowledge base articles are expected by capturing solutions, best practices, and lessons learned. Staying current on Vertex products, enterprise technologies, and support processes is crucial, applying academic training, internship experience, and hands-on learning to real client scenarios. Participation in team projects, training opportunities, and an on-call rotation is also required.
