About The Position
The AES Group is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager – AI Infrastructure to support the delivery of AI infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Professional Services/Consulting experience, technical project management skills, and proven customer-facing experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Technical Project/Program Management experience.
- Professional Services experience is mandatory.
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
- Strong technical/domain knowledge; AI infrastructure, cloud, data center, or enterprise IT preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical projects, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and provide project status updates.
- Manage dependencies, issues, and project escalations.
- Support successful delivery of AI infrastructure and technology initiatives.
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
