We are currently looking for an Associate Technical Designer. This role will have significant interaction with the sales organization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of technical design experience
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and specs
- Experience with PLM, CADs, and technical packages
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize deadlines
Responsibilities
- Supports Technical Designer with ownership of categories and fit process execution
- Increased responsibility in fittings, specs, factory communication, and construction details
- Able to work more independently while continuing to grow technically
- Assist in managing fit approval process and sample tracking
- Prepare fit samples, take detailed fit notes, and communicate comments to factories
- Create and update specs, construction details, and technical packages
- Partner cross-functionally with Design, Production, and overseas factories
- Maintain adherence to calendar and department deadlines
