About The Position

BRMi is seeking a Associate Tech Support Analyst. This is a full-time, onsite role in Vienna, VA. An in-person interview will be required for this role. BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position. This is a W2 opportunity only.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to provide daily updates and status reports

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
• Break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting, end to end
• Testing returned devices through the return merchandise (RMA) process
• Recovering assets through IT asset return and offboarding tickets, including scanning devices in and out
• Fulfilling software installation/update requests and troubleshooting
• Supporting our virtual environment (VM requests and related issues)
