About The Position

Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and supports hiring and pre-boarding for various high volume and specialized positions across Denver Public Schools. Ensures compliance by collecting the appropriate qualifications for different roles. Duties include, but are not limited to; pre-boarding transactions, candidate follow-up and support for positions across schools and departments.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Experience working in a high volume/fast paced work environment
Must have the ability to attend recruiting events and conferences
Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education
Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us
Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Supports with hiring and pre boarding activities such as; new hire paperwork and offer letters
Validates qualifications, credentials, and licenses required of school-based hires; verifies that candidates meet minimum requirements; and confirms that all new hire documentation is completed and received then completes the hire
Collaborates with Human Resources Partners to monitor and meet client group recruitment objectives
Ensures the highest levels of data accuracy and integrity, including data entry and verification, data validation, error identification and correction, and maintaining data integrity according to organizational policies.
Attends recruiting events and conferences.
