About The Position

JLL is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support daily operations and maintenance activities for site Facilities systems. This role applies fundamental engineering principles to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related facilities-based experience (structural/architectural), OR Associate's degree & 4 years of directly related facilities-based experience (structural/architectural), OR Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience within a utilities' plant or facilities environment within industry.
  • 1-3 years of facilities-based experience with structural and architectural systems.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic engineering principles, methods and practices
  • Basic understanding of cGMPs as applied to biotechnology products

Responsibilities

  • Apply basic engineering principles and practices in support of daily operation and maintenance activities for site utility systems
  • Provide system ownership in MAXIMO
  • Provide troubleshooting support on and off the floor
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities and efficiencies
  • Understand and enforce GMPs, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Develop and own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other engineering & operations related Quality documents for the department, including change controls, deviations and CAPAs
  • Assist in audits and regulatory inspections
  • Own and support INCA investigations and CAPAs
  • Provide engineering support for design, construction, startup, commissioning and qualification of new or modified systems
  • Proactively organize, analyze, and effectively communicate results
  • Work closely with multiple teams, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, Process Development, and Validation regarding utility operations & maintenance activities and strategies
