Requirements

  • Completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
  • Able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • A Final U.S. Government Secret clearance is required to start (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Nice To Haves

  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • A current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance
  • Course work including: Modeling Simulation: GitHub, Digital System Model (DSM), Simulation Development, and/or System Design: DOORS, ClearCase/ClearQuest, MATLAB, Python, Digital signal processing, Sensors, RF, RF Chain Analysis, HFSS, ANSYS, Optics, and/or Integration & Testing: MATLAB, Python, JIRA, Cortex, JAVA, CUDA, Hardware Troubleshooting (Oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers), and/or Mission Modeling: CAMEO, AFSIM, OpenCL, SysML, Model Based Engineering (MBE) concepts and tools, Rhapsody, Agile development, Optics, EO/IR

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine Model Based System Engineering products
  • Trace requirements to test plans/procedures/results to track program progress and identify any gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Update and maintain system drawings and documents
  • Evaluate complex electronics systems from hardware/software design through aircraft installation
  • Execute integration test activities in System Integration Labs (SILs)
  • Analyze and Model data in support of algorithm development and optimization
