About The Position

Join Toshiba America Business Solutions as a Associate SW Engineer II in Lake Forest, CA. Under management direction, review business requirements to draft software design and review with engineering team for approval. Break down work items into tasks and provide development estimates. Implement and unit test software functions in accordance with DSE standards. Collaborate with other developers and QA team to ensure proper test coverage, resolve issues as needed to deliver high quality software systems. Regularly communicate task status to team members and identify risk areas. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Technical Degree.
• Minimum of one year of software development engineering experience.
• Skilled in major programming languages such as C#, java, and python.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Capability to write and optimize SQL statements and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as ASP.net or similar.
• Experience with integrated development environments, test automation, and continuous development/continuous integration.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies.
