About The Position

Support Supply Chain Operations and Strategic Sourcing. This role involves oversight of procurement and subcontract training sessions, assisting in the submission of RFQs to suppliers for CML pricing, and conferring with suppliers to understand factors influencing total cost of ownership while maintaining quality, reliability, and schedule adherence. The position also requires interpreting FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws for import/export compliance and supporting corporate reporting for supply chain activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, General Business Management, Business Administration or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain Operations and Strategic Sourcing
• Oversite of Procurement and Subcontract Training Sessions
• Assist in submission of RFQ’s to suppliers to develop CML (Consolidated Material Lists) pricing
• Confer with suppliers to determine factors that affect competitive total cost of ownership consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules
• Interpret FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws, rules and regulations regarding import/export control certifications, licenses and compliance requirements
• Support Corporate Reporting Cadence for all supply chain activities
