About The Position

Execute and support supply chain activities involving direct and indirect material procurement, demand planning, inventory management, production planning and vendor management. Job Description This is an on-site position | Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Purchasing and/or buying experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling, pivotable).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).

Responsibilities

  • Execute day to day supply chain and operational activities supporting site(s) operations.
  • Execute purchase orders for direct and indirect materials.
  • Maintain pricing, MOQ, lead times, and supplier data in ERP (e.g., SAP).
  • Support contract execution and compliance, manage day to day supplier interactions (confirmations, deliveries, issues) and support new vendor setup and onboarding.
  • Track basic supplier performance metrics, participate in bid and RFP processes including data collection, cost analysis, supplier coordination and documentation support.
  • Monitor inventory levels.
  • Review demand, production, and MRP outputs.
  • Execute replenishment actions to support service and production continuity.
  • Identify and escalate supply risks and shortages.
  • Maintain material master data, pricing, and new item creation.
  • Ensure data accuracy to support planning and procurement execution
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc supply chain reports.
  • Analyze cost, inventory, and service impact.
  • Partner with Operations and Quality to support issue resolution across functions.
  • Support contract execution activities, including tracking key terms, pricing, and expiration dates, in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
