Associate Supervisor, Warehouse - 3rd Shift

Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Warehouse environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience working with large ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
Responsibilities
- Guiding, developing, and empowering the warehouse team.
- Monitoring schedules and productivity.
- Ensuring accuracy in timekeeping records and policy administration.
- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and safety.
- Adapting to shifts in order volume and complexity.
- Managing daily activities through WMS and optimizing team utilization.
- Providing partnership and insights for the creation and compliance of Torani Operation Procedures (TOPs).
- Focusing on verification processes and first-time quality.
- Building strong relationships with team, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
- Communicating clearly and timely to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Collaborating with customer service, manufacturing, and transportation teams.
- Ensuring smooth shift-to-shift transitions.
- Training team members on warehouse systems and equipment.
- Resolving first-level technological and systems issues.
- Scanning for opportunities to improve and elevate warehouse workflows.
- Maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents.
- Proactively reporting on safety concerns in KPI meetings.
- Driving team success in food safety and personal safety.
- Addressing and elevating safety concerns for resolution.
- Leading with heart and creating a positive work environment.
