As an Associate for the Catering team, you will play a key role in analyzing, tracking, and improving delivery quality, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify trends, support new delivery models, scope impactful initiatives, and support the execution of quality improvement strategies. Your work will be both strategic and deeply operational. You can one day be sizing the impact of new delivery models on quality improvements, then leading an experiment to drive real-world improvements. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building from the ground up, comfortable operating with ambiguity, and excited to shape how two high-priority product lines grow. You will report into the Manager, Strategy & Operations for DoorDash for Business and can work remotely or hybrid depending preference.
