In partnership with the General Manager, the Associate Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and contest goals, managing payroll, and prioritizing schedules to meet business objectives. This role involves recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates, as well as training and motivating associates through ongoing programs in sales, customer service, and product knowledge. The Associate Store Manager will assess performance, provide feedback, and complete performance appraisals. They will ensure an exceptional customer experience, maintain store standards (visuals, cleanliness, signage, safety), and manage store operating procedures like inventory levels and cash control to minimize losses. This role also ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and fosters a fair and respectful work environment.
