About The Position

In this role, you will support sourcing initiatives that drive cost savings, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction. You will assist in developing and managing customized contracts, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and contribute to strategic sourcing activities. You will help coordinate contract processes, analyze opportunities for improvement, and support communication efforts that highlight performance, opportunities, and outcomes.   • Basic understanding of sourcing, procurement, or healthcare industry concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of customized contracts to reduce spend and maximize value.
  • Assist with negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and support requests for proposals as needed.
  • Coordinate contract development activities including review and routing.
  • Support cost savings initiatives and sourcing projects.
  • Monitor contract terms to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Assist with managing vendor relationships including scheduling and issue resolution.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements.
  • Develop and format communications, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to strengthen client relationships and service delivery.
