We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist to support our software fulfillment and SaaS delivery operations. Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of software and software subscriptions
Generate and deliver license entitlements, activation keys, and access credentials through integrated systems
Ensure customers are successfully onboarded and activated with minimal friction
Ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations by validating customer, product, and geographic eligibility prior to fulfillment of export-controlled software and licensing
Manage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and entitlement management to support a seamless activation experience
Provide ongoing TrustedCare support, resolving access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
Contribute to automation and system optimization efforts within fulfillment workflows
Maintain and enhance process documentation and operational playbooks
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment issues quickly
Ensure high-quality, consistent experiences across all customer touchpoints
Owns User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, integrations, and product releases for U.S. export-controlled products
