About The Position

OptiTrack is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate SMT Technician to join its manufacturing team in Corvallis, Oregon. The role supports production of electronic products by organizing components, assisting with surface mount technology (SMT) machine setups, and performing basic soldering tasks. It offers an opportunity to develop technical skills while contributing to a team focused on quality and precision.

The position requires the ability to lift 10 pounds daily and 50 pounds weekly, and to bend, stand, walk, and/or sit for the majority of an eight-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hand soldering experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately machine count electronic components and store them in an organized fashion.
• Assist surface mount machine operators in pulling and setting up electronic components on machine feeders for product runs.
• Hand solder electronic components to circuit boards as needed.
