About The Position
Rogue Community Health (RCH) is seeking an Associate Site Medical Director for their Talent Health Center. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent work ethic, a patient-focused approach, a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure. The organization's mission is to ensure community members have access to healthcare services without barriers. Employees are assigned a primary work location but must be flexible to reassign to other RCH sites to support patient access and operational needs, which is a condition of employment. All new hires are subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen after a conditional offer is accepted. Oregon is an employment-at-will state, and RCH has a 90-day probationary period for all new team members.
