About The Position

Provides on-site maintenance and repair services for DN customers. Performs services on assigned products, including safes and chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depositories, mechanical and electronic locks, general locksmithing, vacuum air tubes (including under-counter teller equipment), and security vestibules. Responds to service calls accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education or equivalent work experience.
0–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
Good written and spoken business English.

Responsibilities

Address issues and provide maintenance services according to set schedules, company policy, and manufacturer specifications.
Assist with or perform basic-level services on assigned products, including cleaning, drilling, and lock replacement for safe deposit boxes and under-counter teller equipment.
Maintain bolt work and time locks on safes, chests, and vaults.
Maintain ATM Cencon locks and mechanical and electrical combination locks.
Provide key duplication and lock core replacement.
Maintain after-hours depositories, VAT units, drive-up windows, drawers, and sliding windows.
Prioritize service calls based on Service Level Agreements and management direction.
Report equipment discrepancies and chronic issues, escalating them to the appropriate support team for resolution.
Contact customers as needed to set appointments, provide progress updates, and ensure satisfaction with service delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain safety awareness and follow safe behaviors at all times.
Maintain a positive attitude to increase customer satisfaction.
