Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Salesforce.com Developer.
  • Ability to work onsite three days per week.
  • JavaScript knowledge preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the SFDC platform, including the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, Flow Builder functionality, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality across areas such as lead tracking, opportunity pipeline, quotes, marketing campaigns, security models, account hierarchy, forms, and related processes.
  • Documented history of successfully driving SFDC projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while demonstrating flexibility in response to changing requirements.

  • Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scoping, and completion of new development requests.
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document current-state processes and ongoing development requirements.
  • Manage and support Sales software and hardware tools, including Formyoula, Salesforce Mobile, iPads, and other applications.
  • Design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Develop solutions using Apex and JavaScript.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Apex triggers and Lightning Web Component interfaces to support business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Support enhancements, bug fixes, and production support activities.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
  • Use automation tools to improve efficiency and support scalable solutions.
