As an Associate Sales Representative, you will learn about the Extremities Orthopedics product portfolio specialized in solutions for internal and external fixation to restore the function of the injured body part(s) quickly and effectively. You will convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing on call clinical case coverage in the operating room while also getting training on Smith+Nephew products through education/programs in your territory. This territory will manage a 24/7 call rotation within the team.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Sales experience in medical device industry, specifically selling orthopedic products or as a EMS/Paramedic.
All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully complete our credentialling process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to deliver the best solutions for patients.
Form relationships to increase sales revenue within the territory and impact patient outcomes.
Provide first-class technical support to ensure product availability meets customer and patient needs.
Partner with all Smith+Nephew Extremities, Reconstruction and Sports Medicine counterparts in the region to discover sales opportunities.
