The position requires representing Stryker as a leader in the medical technology industry, identifying and promoting solutions, and selling products that improve patient lives. The Associate Sales Representative will collaborate with the team to build their own business by identifying and prospecting new customers, as well as servicing existing ones. They will assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources for customers to achieve sales objectives and execute plans, which may include educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.
