About The Position

Join Bone Dry Roofing, a nationally recognized roofing contractor as an Associate Sales Representative and begin building a rewarding career in the construction and home improvement industry. In this role, you will develop expertise in residential roofing solutions while working directly with homeowners to identify their needs and recommend appropriate services. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will learn industry best practices, roofing system components, inspection procedures, and effective sales strategies. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective customers, evaluating roofing conditions, gathering measurements and project information, preparing estimates, and conducting virtual and in-person consultations regarding repair or replacement options. You will stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and market trends while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices.

  • Working outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds
