As an Associate Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the roofing industry, driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires travel to support various market locations and is perfect for proactive individuals with strong communication skills, a hunger for learning, and a keen interest in construction sales. We are certified with the top manufacturers in the industry, and recently won Contractor Of the Year (nationwide) and Best Places to Work in Indy 2024.

Requirements

  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and sales techniques.
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, present solutions, and explain the benefits of company products and services.
  • Present to customers virtually on the status of their roofing system and provide detailed solutions and costs.
  • Conduct initial inspections of roofing systems, including taking measurements and documenting necessary details.
  • Stay informed about the company's roofing products, installation processes, and industry trends to confidently answer client questions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Work closely with sales managers and remain flexible to support offices in other geographic areas.
