About The Position

Achieve and exceed sales targets and profit margins established in the territory assigned to the ANI / NDT / RVI / Microscopy product line. Constantly evaluate and report market trends and competitor moves. Getting current customer retention and expand significantly the acquisition of new customers. Achieve customer satisfaction by giving advice and service, understanding customer needs and providing value adding solutions. Updated in terms of products and basic applications of ANI / NDT / RVI / Microscopy to provide technical support and training to customers. Create synergies and find business opportunities with ANI / NDT / RVI / Microscopy lines.

Requirements

  • Industrial, mechanical or electronic engineer. Administrative areas
  • Sales experience of at least 2 years
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in negotiations at all levels
  • English 70%.
  • Self-learning and with initiative to learn
  • Results oriented
  • Self-motivated and organized

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably with knowledge in the industry of XRF and XRD (Fluorescence and X-ray diffraction)
  • Preferably with knowledge in the industry of NDT [Non Destructive Test]
  • Preferably with knowledge in the industry of RVI [Remote Visual Inspection]
  • Preferably with knowledge in the industry of Microscopy [Clinical & Research]

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting customers through calls and visits, referrals to achieve the retention of existing customers and attracting new customers.
  • Understanding customer needs and offer solutions through the equipment, accessories and services offered by the company.
  • Make sales demonstrations highlighting product FABs (features, advantages and benefits)
  • Administrative sales process (preparing quotes settings, purchase order, invoicing, billing)
  • Equipment delivery and customer training
  • Consolidation and customer portfolio management to achieve coverage of the assigned territory.
  • Generate documentation and feedback on market conditions (customers, competitors, trends, surveys).
  • Search and find business opportunities for other divisions.
  • Participation in working together to allow direct feedback with coworkers.
  • Preparation of sales report and weekly activities.
  • Administration expenses, including reports, according to company policies. In a shared is responsible for the operational and logistical functions of the regional office.
  • Participation in trainings, meetings, fairs and exhibitions.
