About The Position

The Associate Sales Manager is responsible for driving the placement and execution of Hasbro brands at retail within an assigned territory. They develop customer-specific business plans, build internal and external alignment, and execute strategies through strong cross-functional collaboration. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. Preferred locations are: Boston, Bentonville, AR or Minneapolis, MN

Requirements

  • BBA/BA/BS
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business priorities and deliver against goals
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Solid analytical and Excel/PC skills
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a territory

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts and understands their business needs.
  • Develop and execute mutually beneficial strategies and tactics with customers.
  • Understand customer KPIs and recommends items and brands to drive growth.
  • Adapt to planogram, omnichannel, and digital requirements.
  • Own forecasting and business performance for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and executes joint business plans and customer commitments.
  • Track POS and adjusts plans to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Manage promotional execution and customer budgets.
  • Partner with marketing, product development, account support, logistics, finance, and planning teams.
  • Ensure alignment and execution across all functions to support the business.
  • Develop knowledge of the Growth Channel landscape across brick-and-mortar, omnichannel, and e-commerce.
  • Share insights on customer and industry trends.
