About The Position

The Associate, Sales Enablement, supports the day-to-day execution of sales operations and account support functions within the Sales Enablement team. Reporting to the Manager II, Sales Enablement, this salaried role is responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, managing and supporting the sales funnel, supporting pipeline reporting and performance analytics, and providing direct support to the sales team in managing accounts, supporting bid and proposal development, identifying opportunities for account growth, and coordinating space planning deliverables. The Associate plays a key role in enabling the sales team to focus on customer relationships and revenue by handling the operational and analytical work that supports their success.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales support, account management support, or a related role; demonstrated experience managing a sales funnel and supporting bid or proposal development in a B2B environment.
  • Working proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle CRM, or a comparable CRM platform; comfortable maintaining account records, documenting opportunities, running standard reports, and supporting CRM adoption among sales team members.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Sheets for data compilation, reporting, and basic analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent tasks across funnel management, account support, bid coordination, and operational reporting, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy across all areas simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach; comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to fulfill requests and support shared goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • experience with space planning tools (such as 2020, Cyncly, or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM data quality and hygiene within Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, including updating account and contact records, documenting sales opportunities, auditing for incomplete or inaccurate data, and supporting the sales team in following CRM usage standards established by the Manager II; escalate systemic data issues for manager review.
  • Create, maintain, and manage the sales project funnel across assigned accounts, tracking opportunities from initial identification through close; support pipeline reporting and sales performance analytics by pulling standard reports, compiling data, and preparing summaries for manager and leadership review.
  • Provide account management support to the sales team, including maintaining accurate account profiles in Salesforce, tracking key contacts and account activity, preparing account summaries ahead of customer meetings, and ensuring account records reflect current relationship status and open opportunities.
  • Support bid and proposal development by compiling product information, pricing data, and account history needed to build accurate and competitive submissions; coordinate with relevant internal teams to gather inputs, assemble proposal documents to specification, and track submission deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support account growth initiatives by analyzing account purchase history, identifying gaps in product penetration, and surfacing data-driven opportunities for the sales team to pursue; assisting in preparing account growth summaries and supporting materials that help sales representatives have more productive customer conversations.
  • Coordinate space planning deliverables for assigned accounts and territories, working with internal resources or planning tools to produce space plans that support customer proposals and project development; ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and aligned with the customer's project requirements.
  • Monitor and track sales process adherence by reviewing CRM activity, pipeline stage progression, and reporting completeness; flag gaps or inconsistencies to the Manager II and help reinforce established sales process standards across the team.
  • Support onboarding and training logistics for new sales team members, including preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and tracking completion. Assist the Manager II in coordinating ongoing training activities and maintaining training records.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from the sales team for data, materials, or operational support; proactively identify recurring requests that could be addressed through improved processes, templates, or self-service resources, and bring recommendations to the Manager I.I
