The Associate Manager, Sales Enablement plays a critical role in powering Pacaso's sales organization. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, you'll ensure playbooks stay current, training programs land on time, Salesforce data remains accurate, and reporting is reliable — so the sales team can stay focused on selling. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role designed for someone who wants to grow into a senior sales enablement leader. You'll partner closely with the Manager, who sets the strategic direction, while you bring it to life through hands-on execution, quality craft, and consistent follow-through. This is a remote position.
