As an Associate Sales Development Representative, you will deploy various prospecting approaches across target accounts, partnering with Account Executives to build quality opportunities for the Workday Sales Team. Your key role is to connect with potential customers and share value messaging while discovering the needs of the prospect and their organization. You will generate a quality pipeline through a combination of email, phone calls, marketing qualified leads, social selling, and face-to-face events, identifying qualified potential buyers and developing the relationship between the account and the broader Workday team.
