About The Position

Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, is seeking a Sales Consultant to sell luxury homes at one of their luxury home communities in Palm Springs, California. The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving all community sales goals, including generating traffic, securing sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a luxury customer experience from initial visit through move-in. This position requires being on-site five days a week.

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Real Estate license is required in some states

Responsibilities

  • Generate Traffic: Maintain online presence with updated information for assigned community (Tollbrothers.com, MLS, etc.), partner with the Online Sales team to drive internet lead conversion, build and leverage relationships with Real Estate Agents, conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities, and coordinate with the marketing team for traffic-generating activities.
  • Drives Results: Proactively manage the supply of quick delivery homes, complete competitive analysis on products, features, neighborhoods, and amenities, monitor community and model home appearance to meet White Glove Checklist standards, demonstrate model home, community/floorplan features, and homesites to customers, utilize core applications (Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, E1) for business needs and customer information updates, prepare and present sales-related paperwork and real estate documents, and attend and participate in all sales meetings.
  • Customer Service: Provide an exceptional experience to customers visiting the sales center by building relationships and understanding their needs, partner with the design studio team to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience, assist in facilitating the mortgage process with TBI Mortgage (ensuring buyer application and commitment letter, working with customer's lender to ensure loan progress, providing documentation and comps), manage and facilitate weekly communication with post-sale customers, and deliver a closing gift to homeowners.
