Associate, Rotational Program (San Francisco, CA)
About The Position
Trinity is seeking hard-working, committed, and intellectually curious individuals passionate about the life sciences for their Associate Rotational Program. Associates are integral to project teams, gaining exposure to strategic business issues and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. The program offers extensive training and mentorship to develop analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. This is a two-year program designed to build future leaders by allowing rotations through different practice areas within Trinity’s Advisory teams, including Evidence, Value, Access & Pricing (EVAP), Commercial Strategy (CS), Insights/Primary Market Research (PMR), and Centers of Excellence (COE). Upon completion, graduates assume positions aligned with business needs and their interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- 0-2 years of experience in consulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases (e.g., EvaluatePharma, RedBook, Cortellis) to inform analyses on drug pricing, clinical pipelines, and marketplace dynamics.
- Design, develop, and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key client decision-making.
- Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
- Interpret, analyze, and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data and research, and present findings to project teams and clients.
- Develop presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables.
- Adapt to a variety of project types and evolving team dynamics in a rotational environment.
