About The Position

Trinity is seeking hard-working, committed, and intellectually curious individuals passionate about the life sciences for their Rotational Program. Associates are integral to project teams, gaining exposure to strategic business issues and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. The program offers extensive formal and informal training, mentorship, and development opportunities to enhance analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. This two-year program allows Associates to rotate through different practice areas within Trinity’s Advisory teams, designed to build future leaders and accelerate their careers. Upon completion, graduates assume positions aligned with business needs and their interests. Potential practice areas include Evidence, Value, Access & Pricing (EVAP), Commercial Strategy (CS), Insights/Primary Market Research (PMR), and Centers of Excellence (COE).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in consulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.
  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn quickly on the job
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
  • Candidates must be available to start in August 2027.

  • Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases (i.e. EvaluatePharma, RedBook, Cortellis, etc.) to inform analyses on drug pricing, clinical pipelines, marketplace dynamics, etc.
  • Design, develop and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key client decision-making
  • Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers and other key healthcare stakeholders
  • Interpret, analyze, and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data and research, and present findings to project teams and clients
  • Develop presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables
  • Ability to thrive in a rotational environment, adapting to a variety of project types and evolving team dynamics
