About The Position

The Associate Replenishment Buyer drives the Test and ReOrder Model for assigned categories, ensuring that best-selling, profitable products are reordered promptly at the best possible cost and quality. The role requires quick action on reorders to bring merchandise back to customers.

This position works onsite Monday through Friday during core business hours. It involves vendor communication and negotiation, forecasting and sales analysis, purchase-order creation, and collaboration across departments. The role also benefits from an interest in pop culture, social media, and fashion trends.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in replenishment, data analysis, or a similar field.
• Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
• Excel experience, including complex functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Passion for fashion and trend analysis.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience in financial analysis or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors by email to negotiate costs.
• Quickly coordinate reorders to replenish in-stock styles and best sellers.
• Review preseason and in-season forecasts at the item level.
• Assist with daily style sales tracking to determine unit needs.
• Assist in developing sizing needs for reorder styles.
• Monitor and revise style flows as business needs require.
• Create purchase orders for reorder styles.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather insights, generate ideas, and execute shared goals.
• Build strong vendor relationships through proactive communication, trust, and understanding to address ongoing business matters.
