We are currently looking for Associate Repair Technicians to join our team on 1st shift in our fast-paced repair depot environment.

Requirements

Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems preferred

Responsibilities

Performing repairs on units under direct or limited supervision, following written work instructions
Inspecting unit housing (internal and external) to assess repairable vs. non-repairable damage
Reading and following technical service procedures to evaluate unit performance
Inspecting and accurately interpreting test prints or images
Performing firmware upgrades
Conducting final testing to confirm repair results
Accessing and using diagnostic programs
Entering data using available reporting systems
Maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards while performing assigned tasks
Accurately maintaining electronic and paper records
Supporting depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management
